I have always thought this was eminently sensible. You get on at junction 12 and get off at junction 34. How far is that, well 34 - 12 = 22, so 22 miles. Not only that it stops stupid junction numbering like 21a on the M1 in Leicestershire.
I'm sorry, I'll get my coat and head over to SABRE.
Paul Coombeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09143484729379464693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6693950082152211516.post-84845081518155067682013-12-18T09:13:12.680+00:002013-12-18T09:13:12.680+00:00This is all very worrying how are the new wave of ...This is all very worrying how are the new wave of migrants going to find their way west past J8/9monanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6693950082152211516.post-81607606679118344632013-12-17T20:44:21.166+00:002013-12-17T20:44:21.166+00:00Thanks for that link...blimey...!Thanks for that link...blimey...!TheBoilingFroghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00791961503315586243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6693950082152211516.post-22181250828933564592013-12-17T20:05:52.474+00:002013-12-17T20:05:52.474+00:00There's an entire society called SABRE where d...There's an entire society called SABRE where discussion of such subjects is meat and drink. 680,000 forum posts too!PeterA5145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6693950082152211516.post-75493981315976058162013-12-17T10:39:37.416+00:002013-12-17T10:39:37.416+00:00Thanks, I never noticed that...apparently there wa...Thanks, I never noticed that...apparently there was a planned M273 spur going into Southampton but it was never built so the need for a J6 became redundant.TheBoilingFroghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00791961503315586243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6693950082152211516.post-41345048840415716822013-12-16T22:19:59.423+00:002013-12-16T22:19:59.423+00:00The M27 has no junction 6, but I don't know wh...The M27 has no junction 6, but I don't know why.
