Disrupting The Proms

Apparently last night Palestine protesters disrupted the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra's BBC Proms concert at London's Royal Albert Hall. Interestingly during their protest:
"About a dozen protesters in the choir seats stood up with a banner saying Free Palestine and started chanting and singing to the tune of Beethoven's Ode to Joy"
Now I wonder why they chose Ode to Joy?

  1. Only "a dozen protesters", were there no security guards or police. FFS, a couple of pints and I'd have had a go meshelf.

  2. I wonder if the socialist, Israel hating bbc actually knew about this beforehand and allowed it to proceed, since it would align with their behaviour towards Israel.

  3. @Anon1 Agreed brainwashed fools.

@Anon2 I get the impression they were booed out of the Albert Hall by the vast majority of the audience - a minority protest indeed.

@JiC That would not surprise me in the least
